180 grams of flour
85 grams of cocoa powder
75 grams of butter
430 ml of condensed milk
115 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 grams of chopped chocolate
chopped nuts of your choice (for example pecans, walnuts, peanuts)

How to prepare the chocolate brownies without baking: in the pan and in the refrigerator
Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl and mix them well together.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat, then add 375 ml of condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract and stir everything together right in the pan.
Now gradually add the flour and cocoa powder mixture and stir it in carefully, the pan is still on low heat.
It should become a sticky batter.
Put the dough in a square baking dish or baking dish (promotional link) that you have lined with baking paper beforehand.
Smooth out the dough.
Put the chocolate in a vessel with the remaining condensed milk and let it melt in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
Then stir well.
Pour this chocolate topping over the brownie batter in the baking pan and spread it evenly.
If you wish, you can now spread a few chopped nuts on the brownie batter.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, take the dough out of the mold with the parchment paper and cut it into brownie-sized pieces.
The result is wonderful sticky fudge brownies that you can arrange neatly on a plate.
