A 16-year-old boy is hospitalized in intensive care, with a reserved prognosis, due to an accident in a roped party in Pietracamela, on the Teramo side of the Gran Sasso: with him another 27 years old whose conditions are serious.
The two hikers from Avezzano were above the Franchetti Refuge, in the territory of Pietracamela (Teramo): they had left this morning to go mountaineering on the Gran Sasso: the two, despite their young age, were very experienced and only a few weeks ago they had also carried out challenging hikes in the Alps.
