(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 03 - They are convinced that they are cunning, reckless, unsuspected, but perhaps the protagonists of Cops - A gang of policemen, the new Sky Original title produced by Sky and Banijay Italia, are also a bit criminal Monday 14 and 21 December on Sky Cinema, also instreaming on Now Tv, of which the trailer has been released.

They are the policemen of the police station of Apulia, a small town in southern Italy a few kilometers from Lecce.

The police station is destined to close due to the absence of crimes and for the police group there is only one possibility not to be fired: they themselves create crimes in the city.

Directed by Luca Miniero (Welcome to the South and I'm back), the film is played by a choral cast with some of the audience's most loved performers: Claudio Bisio, StefaniaRocca, Pietro Sermonti, Francesco Mandelli, Dino Abbrescia, Giulia Bevilacqua, Guglielmo Poggi and Giovanni Esposito.

Commissioner Cinardi (Claudio Bisio) has just arrived in Apulia: after a past as a great policeman, now he counts the days that separate him from his pension, and there is no better place than the "quietest city in Italy".

Margherita Nardelli (Stefania Rocca) is the upright leader of the State Police, on a "mission" to Apulia for the closure of the police station.

There you will find a team of imperfect but big-hearted policemen.

Benedetto Starace is for everyone Benny The Cop (FrancescoMandelli), obsessed with American detective stories.

Ex handsome, explayboy, ex action man, Nicola O'Sicc (Pietro Sermonti) is now indolence in person.

Married to Maria Crocifissa and father of two children, in life he decided to take it easy.

MariaCrocifissa (Giulia Bevilacqua) is a police officer in Apulia, but also a wife, cook, psychologist and mother.

For the accuracy of three children, if you include her husband and colleague Nicola.

Tonino (DinoAbbrescia) has a kiosk in front of the police station, but he is only an apparently ordinary and meek character.

Tommaso (Guglielmo Poggi) works at the police station as a switchboard operator, ègay and is the only one in town to have come out.

Anaconda (Giovanni Esposito) is the boss of the "outside Apulia" area.
