They are the two hypotheses of the investigation. The questioned prosecutor in the case confirmed that yesterday he requested the eviction. The property has been intruded since January.

In January, a woman reported that her home in Cariló had been taken from her.

She could not return in the entire quarantine and only now, with the owner's permission, has she managed to return.

He found it painted a different color, they built a waterfall, and they even changed the sign with the name.

There were cars at the door, one of them a "twin."

And about 15 people enjoyed their pool.

The prosecutor Eduardo Elizarraga, in charge of the Decentralized Prosecutor's Office No. 5 of Pinamar, confirmed to

Clarín

that on Tuesday night he

requested the release (eviction) and the restitution of the property

.

"Now I am coming to the court of guarantees to personally deliver the evidence I have," he added this Wednesday morning.

The prosecutor met with the owner of the house, Viviana Villena, and with the attorney, Gustavo Durán.

“He told us that he sent Judge David Mancinelli to send the eviction order and remove these people.

We are here waiting, at the door of the house.

Nothing happened yet,

”says Durán.

The house in its original color.

According to his account, there are fewer inhabitants in the house than when they arrived on the weekend, when they were surprised with 15 people swimming in their pool.

The blinds are closed.

At the gate there are no longer large vehicles - as they had seen - but there are still

a motorcycle and three quadricycles

.

“They told us that they prepared bags.

Nor do we want things to be lacking

in the house, ”Durán fears.

“They left a policeman as slogan.

A gardener comes in and comes out, but they don't let us in, ”he complains.

According to the Secretary of Security of Pinamar, Lucas Ventoso, the usurpers would be

a "gang" of "at least 25 people."

It details that they are from Mar del Plata, they come and go, with many large vehicles, zero kilometers, and also quadricycles.

The police managed to seize one of them, a Jeep brand.

In the complaint, titled as “usurpation”, it is stated that after examining it, the vehicle showed deformations in its engine identification.

"Seized filming would turn out to be a

clone or twin criminal modality

," the report details.

At the gate of the property there were zero kilometer cars.

“I ran my finger on the glass and it was filed.

I looked at the patent and said, 'It's trout.'

(These people)

have a structure

to be able to falsify, in an ideal way, everything that is the identification of a zero kilometer vehicle ”, analyzes Ventoso.

They have not yet been identified and, at the moment, they have not found that they have a criminal record.

Although Windy qualifies everything as "very suspicious."

Two lines of research are currently being handled.

One is that it

would be a band of gypsies

, since the residents of the area contributed photos that show them wearing gold chains, typical shirts, and consuming the foods of that community.

The other line they are investigating is that it is the

owners of a bowling alley

in a spa in Punta Mogotes.

In January, they found a "twin" Jeep at the door of the house.

In addition, the usurper

would have two women

: one who lives with him in Mar del Plata and another who is looking after Cariló's house.

"The woman who is here is supposedly in charge of cleaning. But she showed me the license of ownership of two zero kilometer vehicles: a Corola and an Amarok," says Ventoso.

For 10 months, the usurpers settled in the house, painted it a different color, built a waterfall, put air conditioners on, kept it with gardeners, and changed the name sign.

Now it's called

"Live Again

.

"

On January 5, the owner of the house, Viviana Villena, filed the complaint with the Decentralized Prosecutor's Office No. 5.

But nothing happened.

Later, the mayor of Pinamar, Martín Yeza, asked that the prosecutor be removed from office for his failure to act against usurpations in the city.

"I filed a complaint and

request for dismissal

before the Council of the Magistracy against the prosecutor of usurpations and flagrances Dr. Elizarraga. I have nothing to say about his person but about his role. The prosecution was born to fight against the usurpations and was not like this, "Yeza said in September.

This Tuesday, the mayor again aimed at Elizarraga.

We are going to expand the complaint

, we have already requested the suspension of prosecutor Elizarraga, but we are going to insist.

Neighbors and citizens of the Argentine Republic do not deserve these public officials, ”he posted on Twitter.

And now I add more: They not only usurped the house, which is a crime.

Among their possessions they have vehicles with crossed out glass engravings and twin patents: criminals squared.

The former Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, also spoke about the case.

"I imagine the anguish of the neighbors arriving at their house, meeting VIP usurpers inside, and seeing how the prosecutor turned his face away from their claim. Those who must take care of us cannot be on the side of criminals, the law is clear. Enough of usurpations! ", He wrote in the same social network.

This Tuesday, the prosecutor met with the owners of the house and apologized to them.

"He

said it was a human error,

" said the attorney.

"We are surprised.

(The prosecutor) showed us the other party's evidence.

That

trucho contract

that they had made in January to enter the house, where only the name is, without a document, without clarification.

Very tricky.

The prosecutor unusually reads that contract and dismisses the case.

You can't understand it, ”says Durán.

Consulted by

Clarín

, Elizarraga preferred not to make statements about the complaints against him.
