The court of Aosta ordered the sale of the villa in Cogne, for which last September it had rejected the requests of Annamaria Franzoni and her husband Stefano Lorenzi to suspend the real estate execution.
The starting price is around 800 thousand euros and the date for the attempted sale has not yet been set.
The dispute with the lawyer Carlo Taormina arises from a civil judgment that has become res judicata in Bologna.
