, is namely an ambassador for the
German Red Cross
.
Jette Joop has been involved in numerous projects since 2003.
“The topic of
wearing masks
is more topical than ever and, unfortunately, is still necessary.
With our new masks we are once again supporting the
Corona emergency aid of
the German Red Cross
together with Lidl,
”said the
DRK ambassador
in a press release.
Instagram users are shocked by the Lidl masks - "find it absolutely unethical"

The Instagram users are not at all enthusiastic.
"Personally, I find it absolutely
unethical
when a catastrophe, which the
pandemic
ultimately is, turns into profit, no matter what and for whoever," one user accuses the company.
Another Instagram user finds the election of the German Red Cross unsuitable.
“No, thank you, I donate where it matters, but not to the DRK.” There are further comments on this.
These allude to an episode of the RTL program "Team Walraff", which addressed alleged grievances in the organization.
