The staff has until November 12 to insert the provisional ballots into the system, those for which the voter's rights must be ascertained. The same authorities said they were unaware of any irregularities and were concerned about the safety of the employees who count the votes. At the moment, with 89% of the votes counted, JoeBiden is ahead of Donald Trump, 49.4% to 48.5% (ANSA).
