(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, NOV 7 - "We don't have a final declaration yet, but the numbers are clear, and they tell us we will win. We will win Georgia and we will win Pennsylvania": said Joe Biden speaking to Wilmington on what was supposed to be the victory.

But the five-key count is still in progress.

"We are in the running to reach the top 300 voters. We already have 74 million votes, the highest-rated ticket in history," Biden added.

"We will be the first Democrats in years to win in Georgia and Arizona."

Biden speaks in Wilmington, Delaware with Kamala Harris.

"I will take action from day one to stop Covid", he promises. "It is time to say enough of anger and demonization in politics", he concludes, "the vast majority of Americans who voted - his appeal - want vitriol to be put out of politics and that the country unite and heal its wounds ".
