Covid: 27,354 positive in 24 hours, 504 victims. Positive-test ratio is close to 18%

There are 70 new patients in intensive care. According to the latest bulletin, 152,663 swabs were carried out in the last 24 hours, about 43 less than the previous day (ANSA)


27,354 swabs tested positive in Italy in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

The victims are 504. Yesterday the positives were 33,979, the dead 546. In total, the cases of coronavirus in Italy since the beginning of the epidemic - including victims and healed - are now 1,205,881.

The dead have reached 45,733.

The currently positive are 717,784 (+5,294), the healed and discharged 442,364 (+21,554).

The ratio between Covid positives and tests carried out is still rising in Italy, reaching

18% (precisely 17.92% and increased by a few tenths of a percentage point).

In all, 3,492 people are in intensive care.

Patients with symptoms in the ordinary wards are 489, with the total rising to 32,536.
