(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 18 - Pooh took the stage for the last time in December 2016. The last concert and farewell to the public after 50 years.

But the Pooh story still continues.

Even today, a few days after the death of Stefano D'Orazio.

The latest project, released on November 20 and already planned for some time, is "The songs of our history" (Tamata / SonyMusic): a collection with the most beautiful songs of the group, from their debut in 1996 to their dissolution in 2016. A 4 cd box with 72 tracks and 3 LPs with 36 tracks.

The collection opens with the unpublished "Meno male", the first-ever test of "Tanta vor di lei": a different version of the song in the title and in the text from the one that appeared on the 1971 album Opera Prima.

D'Orazio made a decisive contribution to the realization of the project.

"He had a fundamental role - declared Andrea Rosi, President & CEO of Sony Music Entertainment Italy -. Besides, he has always been the strategic mind of the group. His music and his words will remain forever. This record is dedicated to him. ".

But the now ex-Poohs don't live only on memories.

DodiBattaglia is working on a solo album of unreleased tracks, released in the early months of 2021, of which a taste is given by the song OneSky (Azzurra Music), recorded together with the American guitarist AlDi Meola.

And also Riccardo Fogli, who returned to the group for the lareunion, is back with a new version of 'Mondo', his first solo success of 1976: 'Mondo 2020 - Sono un uomoche has lived', to be released on November 27, with a guest exception: longtime friend Dodi Battaglia on electric guitar.

Red Canzian is working to stage Casanova - opera pop, a show dedicated to the Venetian.

RobyFacchinetti, on the other hand, released on September 25 the live album "Inseguendo la mia musica" (Sony Music), from which "Me and you for other days" was extracted in recent days.
