Prime Minister Tory, Boris Johnson, will put it on the plate tomorrow in Parliament in the second announcement in effect two days after the one on the new environmental policy based on a promised "green industrial revolution" in the economy which includes, among other things, the anticipation to 2030 of the sale in the UK of all new petrol or diesel cars for the benefit of a future of purely electric vehicles.
