announces that, "by mutual agreement, Gianni Mion will cease from the positions of director and president of the company within the current month".
This is stated in a note from the Benetton family holding, which adds that "at the same time Enrico Laghi will be appointed director and chairman of the board of directors, with the mandate to support the board in the continuation and consolidation of a process of renewal and strengthening of the social strategy ".
The formalization of Enrico Laghi's office as new CEO and Chairman of Edizione "is expected to take place by the shareholders' meeting by 30 November 2020".
