ANDRIA - To encourage slow and sustainable tourism and allow you to discover the lesser known areas of our country on foot, the start-up travel Tramundi organizes guided walks at high altitude in collaboration with the CAI, the Italian Alpine Club, along 5 mountain paths unusual.

It is an opportunity to get to know the area in a peaceful and pleasant way for everyone with local tourist guides, always with the utmost respect for safety regulations.

The 5 trails, which go from the slopes of Liguria to those of Sicily, passing through the lakes of Lazio and the breathtaking views of the Sorrento peninsula and the Murge, are accompanied by the digital tour operator, who organizes the trip in every aspect.

From 4 December, or in any case as soon as it is possible to make excursions out of your ordinary, you can participate in trekking in the

Apulian Murge

: from Bari to Cisternino, passing through Alberobello, the journey is a continuous discovery between nature, ancient traditions and history, the one kept in the Castel del Monte or in the national archaeological museum of Ruvo di Puglia.

From 5 December you will walk along the mountain path of

the Sorrento peninsula

, a stone's throw from the sea in a nature characterized by the Mediterranean scrub and an area rich in World Heritage sites.

The walk to discover the mountains that dominate the Amalfi Coast, which in some points exceed 1,200 meters in height, offers breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, tastings of typical products and visits to unique places such as the fascinating Positano.

From 6 December the

mountains of Liguria

will be discovered

: starting from Colla Craiolo and arriving in Barbagelata through the beautiful landscapes of the Aveto regional natural park.

The path, recovered thanks to the Cai, leads up to 1,684 meters of altitude, touching the border with Emilia-Romagna and walking in one of the most important green areas of the Ligurian Apennines.

Also from 6 December it is possible to walk in

western Sicily

: Trapani, Scopello, Erice and Segesta are just some of the stops on the Italia Cai path that crosses nature reserves and pristine mountain areas between the hinterland and the coast of Sicily.

Finally, from 16 December the walks between the

lakes of Lazio start

: from Cervara to Staffoli, following the imaginary border that separates the Lazio region from Abruzzo, the Cai path is an ups and downs of emotions to discover, among others, Lake Salto , the largest hydroelectric basin in the region, and villages such as Cervara and Collalto Sabino.
