Apple pie is one of the hallmarks of winter.
Along with the rain, the puddles and the arrangement of the closet for the cold season, an uncontrollable urge arises to enter the kitchen and put in the oven a soft and fragrant cake studded with apples, seasoned with cinnamon.
What makes this cake super juicy is the addition of apple puree to the batter.
Until you try, you will not understand.

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup Demerara sugar
¾ Canola oil
½ Apple casserole
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups puffed flour
3 Granny Smith apples, cut into small cubes
4 tablespoons dried cranberries (permission)

Preparation
How to make an apple pie in a hush?
1 Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2 In a bowl, beat together the eggs and sugar until you get an apple foam (about 4-5 minutes).
3 Add the oil, apple puree and cinnamon and mix until the ingredients are combined.
4 Embed the flour in the mass and avoid over-stirring which will cause the cake to become dense.
Using a spoon, mix the apple and cranberry cubes into the cake batter and pour into a greased 26 cm diameter pan.
Bake for about 35 minutes in the oven or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out dry with a few moist crumbs.
7 Coolers and if desired sprinkle over powdered sugar.
Fills the house with the scent of winter.
