Recipe for mulled wine cake: How to bake the Christmas sheet cake
First, melt the roughly chopped chocolate over a hot water bath.
Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a bowl and stir these ingredients with the hand mixer until foamy.
Now add the melted chocolate and stir everything.
Mix the flour and baking powder together and alternately add the flour and baking powder mixture and the mulled wine to the remaining ingredients.
