(ANSA) - MOSCOW, NOV 26 - The Kremlin expects the mass vaccination against Covid-19 in Russia to begin before the end of the year and that "the process" will be "phased": Putin's spokesman Dmitri Peskov reports , quoted by the Interfax agency.
"I can't say the exact date but it should start before New Year's Eve. These are expectations," Peskov said, stating that the vaccination will be on a voluntary basis.
