(ANSA) - CAGLIARI, NOVEMBER 30 - The Assize Court of Appeal of Sassari confirmed the sentence to 30 years in prison for Marcello Tilloca, the man accused of strangling and killing ex-wife Michela Fiori on December 23 two years ago in Alghero. Tilloca, confessed, had benefited in the first step from the discount of a third of the sentence because he was judged with the abbreviated rite.
