Caffè Musetti has acquired Caffè 'Bonomi.
The acquisition was in fact completed for an enterprise value of approximately 15 million euro, and the combination of the two companies will lead to an expected turnover in 2021 of over 41 million with a consolidated ebitda of 6.7 million.
Equally significant is the combination on the customer portfolio front, which adding to the more than 3,000 bars, restaurants and hotels served by Musetti in Italy, with Bonomi's customers will reach 4,000.
Important objectives on which the management of Bonomi - which was fully confirmed in the transaction - will work alongside Musetti.
Caffè Musetti, a Piacenza roasting company with 85 years of history and tradition, is present with its product in 60 countries and specializes in roasting, blending and marketing coffee. Caffè Bonomi Spa, an equally historic company in the sector which, since 1886, has its roots in the Milanese area establishing itself (and has grown over time) in the Ho.Re.Ca. national and international. For Caffè Musetti he acted as legal advisor to Studio Chiomenti and as financial advisor to Bdo Italia.
