(ANSA) - ANCONA, 04 DEC - The Ancona Public Prosecutor's Office has signed the request for indictment in the second line of investigation for the massacre in the Lanterna Azzurra nightclub in Corinaldo in which, on the night between 7 and 8 December 2018, he died in there is a 39-year-old mother and five minors.
The request was filed by the chief prosecutor Monica Garulli at her secretary who will forward it to the GUP to fix the preliminary hearing and notify the parties of the formal act.
The request concerns the administrative part of the investigation - the investigations had been closed in July for 18 people - on the safety of the premises.
The second request for trial, in the context of the affair, comes a few days after the second anniversary of the massacre;
and less than five months after the conviction pronounced in Ancona against six boys from Modena - sentences between 10 and 12 years and four months in prison - of the so-called 'spray band': that evening they went into action in the club, where the performance in dj set of Sfera Ebbasta, to commit thefts with tearing using the pepper spray that triggered panic.
The GUP had recognized the responsibility for manslaughter, robberies, theft, personal injury.
The associative charge was dropped.
The second line of investigation instead involves owners, managers of the nightclub, security officers, and members of the supervisory commission (such as the mayor of Corinaldo Matteo Principi who chaired it).
The accusations, in various capacities, are cooperation in multiple manslaughter with even serious injuries against 197 people, aggravated culpable disaster for the hypothesized.
For the commission also the hypothesis of false ideology in a public act.
