(ANSA) - MILAN, 04 DEC - Luca Sostegni, the alleged figurehead who ended up in jail last July and for a couple of weeks under house arrest as part of the investigation, asked to negotiate 4 years and 10 months in prison and a fine of 1000 euros Milan prosecutor's office on the LFC and on the creation of presumptive black funds for the League.
The plea agreement, agreed with the prosecutors still in the investigation phase, was filed this morning by DiSostegni's defender, Giuseppe Alessandro Pennisi, and provides for the payment, by way of compensation, of about 20 thousand euros.
