Patrick Vieira is no longer the coach of Nice.
The former Milan, Inter and Juventus midfielder was sacked by the French club after the 3-2 home defeat in the Europa League against Germans Bayer Leverkusen.
Vieira, who had joined the French Riviera just over two years ago, will be replaced on the bench by Adrien Ursea, his deputy, but in the past also deputy of Lucien Favre, the current Borussia Dortmund coach.
Nice also stutters in Ligue 1, not only in Europe, where they occupy 11th position in the standings with 17 points.
