Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have long been fighting a fight against the British tabloids.
Now, according to media reports, the 36-year-old has filed a defamation suit against the "Mail on Sunday".
The lawsuit is alleged to relate to an article about Harry's relationship with the Royal Navy, as reported by the Telegraph and the Guardian, among others.
In the "Mail on Sunday" an article from October alleged that Harry had no longer had any contact with the Royal Marines after moving with his family to the USA in the spring.
Lawyers reportedly filed the lawsuit with the High Court in late November.
The conflict between Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan and the British tabloids has been going on for a long time.
Meghan sued the Mail on Sunday for the publication of a confidential letter to her father.
In October she managed to postpone the trial by several months.
Even for Harry himself, it is not the first lawsuit against the media.
Harry and Meghan had renounced their royal duties in the spring and announced that they wanted to become financially independent from the royal family.
They live in California with their son Archie.
Prince Harry had also resigned from his military role.
He used to be a soldier in Afghanistan himself.
As the patron of the "Invictus Games", he is committed to disabled soldiers.
