There are 3000 interventions and 445 people rescued by the firefighters since the beginning of the wave of bad weather that has hit Italy and in particular Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna, Campania and Sicily. 

In Veneto more than 1,400 interventions were carried out, 325 firefighters at work between Belluno, Vicenza, Treviso and Venice: 99 people evacuated.

In Emilia Romagna there are 507 interventions: 375 in the province of Modena alone, where the operational sections and amphibious vehicles evacuated 332 people in the areas affected by the Panaro flood.

160 firefighters are working with reinforcements from Tuscany, Piedmont and Lombardy.

Instead, there are 300 interventions in Friuli Venezia Giulia: the high peak of the Tagliamento river did not create inconvenience, only some flooding in the province of Pordenone where a person was evacuated.

For the heavy rains in Campania and Sicily too, the Fire Brigade carried out 350 interventions.
