Abu Dhabi GP: Hamilton negative, ready to hit the track

Lewis Hamilton has tested negative several times at Covid-19 after the positivity that had prevented him from participating in the Sakhir GP last week and was declared eligible to race in Abu Dhabi, in the last GP of the Formula 1 season which dominated at steering wheel of the Marcedes. His compatriot George Russell will thus not have the opportunity to redeem himself after the disappointment of the lack of victory in Bahrain and will return to Williams, while Jack Aitken will return to play the role of reserve driver for the Grove team. The FIA, Formula 1 and Mercedes have confirmed that Hamilton has passed a series of negative Covid-19 tests after completing a ten-day quarantine period in Bahrain. Arriving in Abu Dhabi, the Brit tested negative once again, a requirement before being able to enter the paddock.
