(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, DECEMBER 10 - "At the European Council, European leaders reached agreement on the conclusions on EU-US relations and on the renewal of sanctions against Russia".
The spokesman of the President of the European Council tweeted it. The EU heads of state and government have decided to extend the sanctions against Moscow until 31 July 2021. The measures were introduced in 2014 in response to Russia's annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol to Ukraine. (HANDLE).
