This work of art is located in the
Piazza Duomo de Lucera
, a city and municipality in the province of Foggia within the Apulia region in Italy, and was built by
the A Cuperte de Natale association, a cultural association.
"The kittens played in it when the tree was not yet assembled and only the structure remained. From the beginning they did it with us. Beautiful things are born spontaneously and we are happy that it has also become popular for animals"
, said the president of the association , Luigi Conte, for foggiatoday.

The large ornament has
70 wooden houses hanging in the shape of a sphere
and the aim is for
the kittens to take refuge in them, a perfect gift for these animals that live on the streets.
