The Ministry of Health today (Wednesday) officially released the Corona vaccine priority document.
As expected, the first to be vaccinated will be the medical staffs in the hospitals, and then in the health funds, private clinics and dental clinics.
After them, the staffs of the geriatric and psychiatric hospitals, nursing and medical students working in the hospitals, MDA and the rescue organizations will be vaccinated.

The next priority will be nursing home employees and their patients and HMO insured persons aged 60 and over.
Elderly people who live in the community and not in the hospitals, and their caregivers, will also be able to be vaccinated subject to the decision of the HMOs.
In the second priority were placed citizens suffering from a series of background diseases, including diabetes, morbid obesity, COPD lung disease, hypertension, patients with immunosuppression, organ transplants and hematologic patients.
Recovering from corona, pregnant women, lactating women, people with severe allergic reactions, women planning to become pregnant and children under the age of 16 - will not receive the vaccine at this stage.
