Can I boar on my private property on New Year's Eve?
Many people are currently asking themselves this question, the answer is complicated and individual.
But that does not apply to New Year's Eve parties in general -
the legal situation here is as clear as it is strict.
State-specific differences exist only in nuances, for example with regard to the fines for non-compliance with the regulations.
In general:
Shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are closed
, the only exception being shops that cover daily needs.
In addition, strict contact
restrictions
apply:
The maximum number of people allowed at meetings is limited to five

.
There is a nationwide ban on gathering and gathering, the sale of fireworks is prohibited.
