Between vagueness and slowness, the vaccination figures in France are controversial.
They will soon be known to all.
The Director General of Health Insurance, Thomas Fatome, said on Monday that the health authorities will now conduct a daily assessment of the vaccination campaign against Covid-19.
The first communication of these figures will take place on Tuesday.
"A first assessment will be made from tomorrow (Tuesday), then daily as part of the communication of the Ministry and Public Health France", developed Thomas Fatome, on the occasion of the presentation of the new information system " Covid vaccine ”.

Intended for doctors, this teleservice aims to collect the information necessary for the vaccination campaign: patient and doctor identities, patient consent, batch number of the injected vaccine, etc. Open Monday morning, Covid Vaccine has "already received initial connections and fillings for pre-vaccination consultations and vaccinations, ”he added.
"Things will speed up this week"
After having informed the nursing homes then the liberal doctors at the end of December, the Health insurance will do the same this week for the hospitals which start to vaccinate their caregivers, so “that they can integrate this tool in their practice”.
"Things will accelerate this week, but we could not conceive of a massive campaign without this tool which allows both individual traceability and collective monitoring," said Thomas Fatome.
Covid Vaccine is linked to the French Medicines Agency (ANSM) portal to facilitate the reporting of adverse events by physicians and vaccinated patients.
On the other hand, its file will not be crossed with that of Contact Covid, which lists infected people and their contact cases.
It will also not be used for a possible "vaccination passport" to facilitate travel.
