While awaiting the publication of the Decree of Necessity and Urgency in which the restriction of night circulation throughout the country will be announced, the Ministry of Health of the Nation confirmed this Thursday another 146 deaths and 13,835 new cases of coronavirus throughout the territory national.

In this way, Argentina already has 44,122 fatalities and 1,690,006 infections since the beginning of the pandemic.

The province of Buenos Aires, with 5,319 new infections, was the one who registered the most on this day.

It is followed by the City of Buenos Aires (1,556), Santa Fe (1,446), Córdoba (956), Neuquén (592), Entre Ríos (587).

Of the 161,090 people with the disease at present, 3,559 remain hospitalized in Intensive Care Units (ICU).

The occupancy of beds in the sector is 59.6% in the Metropolitan Area of ​​Buenos Aires (AMBA) and 54.7% in the rest of the country.

According to the health portfolio, in the last 24 hours, 49,116 were carried out, while since the beginning of the outbreak, 5,099,516 diagnostic tests for this disease were carried out, which is equivalent to 112,381 samples per million inhabitants.


Regarding the new measures, according to official sources, the restriction to circulate would be between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. and would not reach essential workers.

It will be a DNU that will be signed by President Alberto Fernández in the next few hours and

that will be published on Friday in the Official Gazette.

, confirmed that the DNU "is being finalized and will be published tomorrow in the Official Gazette," and that at that time the restrictions will begin to apply.

On Wednesday, the President and the governors had agreed on the need to limit circulation, a measure that is already being applied in some provinces.

Although the strongest images these days are what happens in tourist centers, mainly on the beaches of Buenos Aires, the National Executive suggests that the same is reproduced in several cities and towns throughout the country.
