In an episode of Big Brother that aired last night (Wednesday), tenant Linor Sabinik was asked to remove her makeup, and not put on makeup at all until the end of the season.

Sabinik, who wears relatively heavy makeup, in part because of an acne problem she is dealing with, agreed to the task, which drew sadness and bitter tears on her part.

In response, the other occupants of the house hugged, supported and told her that she was beautiful even without makeup, and Big Brother played the song "I AM BEAUTIFUL" by Christina Aguilera, and everything was incredibly dramatic.

Shock: Linor from "The Brother" has never looked like this before

From the side it could be said that it would have looked a bit ridiculous, although it is known that she did not have to agree to the task just to please others at home and add a few shekels to the weekly budget, and for those who do not understand what makeup means to a woman, we are sure it was incomprehensible and even stupid.

The question asked here is why was the request to be without makeup so big and significant?

It should be remembered that this is a time when every image is edited by a filter, and girls from a young age want to have plastic surgery and Botox injections.

According to the findings of the global research company S&P, the beauty and cosmetics industry alone rolled in a sum of $ 390 billion in 2020, with the growth trend in this industry increasing every year.

Makeup bloggers around the world have become real stars, including the 18-year-old Israeli Aline Cohen, who has become an object of admiration for thousands of girls, and today runs a business worth millions with a particularly successful cosmetics company.

Of course, it is impossible not to mention the successful influencer Kylie Jenner, who thanks to her cosmetics company "Kylie Cosmetics" she also became the youngest and most successful millionaire in the world.

Asking a woman to be in prime time without makeup is something that is hardly perceived nowadays.

Which TV presenter would agree to be photographed without makeup?

Would the host of the program, Liron Weizmann, agree?

probably not.

On the other hand and in extreme contrast, there is a strong trend in the world today that is gaining ground on social networks called NO MAKEUP MOVEMENT, where the message is mainly directed at women.

The idea is not to be afraid to post photos or videos without makeup at all.

One of the leaders of the protest in question is the successful singer Alicia Keys, who was also photographed for the September issue, which is considered to have produced three covers for ELLE Brazil magazine without any make-up at all, images that created great noise in the media and around the world.

Since then, Keys has arrived without makeup at all and in a natural and clean look for a number of glittering and well-publicized events, including the music awards ceremony when she subsequently snatched a non-complimentary response online alongside hundreds of Slavs who encouraged her on the selection.

Supporting the fight in question is the beautiful actress Julia Roberts who posted a photo of herself without makeup on Instagram, which drew a wave of other celebrities who also posted a photo without makeup and no editing, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Adele, Demi Lovato, Nicky Minaj, Tyra Banks, Sharon Stone, Katie Perry, Shakira and many more.

It would certainly have been nice to see strong and famous women supporting the struggle in question to promote beauty and natural looks, but is it fair?

Hollywood stars make a lot of money and have the option to do beauty and cosmetic treatments regularly with the best professionals who make sure their facial skin looks amazing all the time.

Is it right to also ask a woman who cannot afford expensive beauty treatments to post a picture of herself without makeup?

The answer to this question is the nature of the problem and the issue they presented last night in the episode of the fireplace, which caused hundreds of girls and women in Israel to feel sorry for the tenant, go to their makeup bag and add a little more blush on the cheeks.

This is also the essence of the reason why Weizmann will never agree to do a broadcast without makeup, so the wheel is back, God forbid, and this is a war that we think Alicia Keys and Julia Roberts will not be able to win.
