(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, JANUARY 16 - Inspection of the carabinieri of the Nas of Bologna at the Morgagni Pierantoni hospital in Forlì after the case, reported yesterday evening by the same Ausl Romagna, of 800 doses of Modern vaccine that were lost due to a fault in the freezer where they were stored.
The episode, according to what was communicated yesterday evening by the Ausl, occurred on the night between Thursday and Friday and according to the first hypotheses a human error could have prevented the immediate insecurity of the vials after the occurrence of the freezer failure.
The Nas investigations are underway, coordinated by the Forlì Prosecutor. (HANDLE).
