Food Social Night, contest on aesthetic food narration is back

The "Food Social Night", a photographic contest promoted by the Italian Association of Chefs and Artix, dedicated to the aesthetic narration of food, returns on Friday 22 January. The initiative, which began on 11 December last for six months on a monthly basis and which is giving away a starry lunch or dinner Covid permitting, provides for the photo shoot, on a free theme, of a dish in its creativity , design, emotionality. The contest foresees that between 18.00 and 24.00 anyone will be able to take and share photos as a post on their own Instagram social channel, "tagging" @ass Associazioneitalianachef and adding the hashtag #foodsocialnight ". A qualified jury, made up of chefs and experts in the sector, will select 30 finalist photos that will be published for 24 hours on the Instagram page of the Italian Chef Association in the "Stories" section, starting at 1 pm the following day, January 23. With the publication of the images, the vote will be open to all users with an Instagram profile.
