What is the film about?
Of the economic and cultural rebirth of this district of Naples which has always been controlled by the Camorra which, to give just one example, in just fifteen days was capable of killing five people.
The civil, economic and cultural rebirth of the Rione Sanità, however, has an architect, Father Antonio Loffredo, the son of entrepreneurs who chose faith for his life.
Now this priest has started to work starting from the young people in the church of Santa Maria della Sanità.
And he did it by riding their dreams, so much so that he gave them the management of the catacombs of San Gennaro, which had been uninhabitable for years, schools of theater, music and sculpture and even a new sports center, all always in the spaces of the parish.
The fact is that in this neighborhood, after so much violence, people have slowly begun to say enough.
The death of Genny Cesarano, the seventeen-year-old killed by mistake during a showdown in Piazza Santa Maria della Sanità on the night of September 6, 2015, is a turning point.
After that tragic event, the Libera association worked more and more in the fight organized crime through actions and projects of very active social realities present in the area.
To this are added the PITER project (Pathways to Territorial Inclusion and Empowerment in the Rione Sanità) and the association 'A people on the way for Genny lives', founded after the death of his son Genny, by his father Antonio Cesarano.
