The Israeli fashion company, which also has operations in the United States, is entering the UK with a new trading site • It is expected to compete with huge companies

Adika continues to expand in the international arena and launches a sales site in the UK.

The company will compete with the leading European fashion brands such as boohoo, asos and ZALANDO.

The entry into the English market is in parallel with the company's extensive activities in the United States.

For the first time, the company's revenues in the fourth quarter from foreign operations are approaching the revenues of the company's operations in Israel, after about two years of entering operations in the international sector.

In recent months, the initial pilot of the site was launched, which included photography, digital activities, collaborations with local influencers and a variety of activities dedicated to its launch.

The English site is adapted to international activities by providing the possibility of clearing in the relevant foreign currency.

The company says that the company's innovative development and technology capabilities are adapted to fast fashion and allow each week to bring in a trendy line.

The management of the site will be done from Israel, including the marketing, advertising and management of the logistics system, the distribution and shipping center, similar to the management of the activity with the American site.

Adika has reached an agreement with the Golf Group, under which it will extend the service provision for the Golf Group for a period of up to an additional nine months.

In exchange for providing the services, Golf will pay the company a regular monthly payment of approximately NIS 750,000.

The fixed amount will be reduced as Golf announces the cessation of services in relation to the Topshop website.

As of 2015, the date of completion of the company's acquisition transaction by Golf Group, the company operates Internet trading platforms for Golf Group brands: Golf Kids, Golf & Co. and the Topshop brand.

According to Roi Hasel, CEO of Adika, “We are in line with the fashion sites in the world, as a leading Israeli site in the fast-paced international fashion scene.

"We are launching an attack with the launch of the English website, which will strengthen the company's continued global operations, compete with the international European fashion brands market and bring with it a blue and white line among young women and women who are connected to young and trendy fashion."
