For Anis Ferchichi alias Bushido it is "a concrete corpse", for the defense of Arafat Abou-Chaker "a swimming pool in the forest".
The building ruin, which was to become a swimming pool, is in Kleinmachnow, Brandenburg, on the shared property of Abou-Chaker and Bushido.
The clan chief lives there in a mansion, the rapper never moved into his mansion.
The ruins were to become the Ferchichi family's private pool.
Actually a nice idea.
Only the building permit was missing.
And that's why, so Bushido said on Wednesday in the trial against Arafat Abou-Chaker and three of his brothers before the Berlin Regional Court, he did not commission the construction of a pool.
He was extremely surprised when one day he discovered a swimming pool pit on his part of the property, filled with concrete.
"Then there was a pool," says Bushido.
“I didn't know anything about it.” The way he portrays it, Abou-Chaker is said to have acted on his own initiative.
A pool without consent?
Abou-Chaker itself is said to have two pools in Kleinmachnow: one outside and one in an underground wellness area.
According to Bushido, Abou-Chaker knew that he would also like to have a pool himself, which is why the clan chief sent a pool farmer over to him.
However, the man had told him that he would never get a permit for the construction.
That was the end of the subject for him.
