After the controversy over a photo of the future US Vice President Kamala Harris on the cover of Vogue, the fashion magazine has announced that it will publish a limited edition with a different image.
"To celebrate this historic moment, we will publish a limited number of special editions," said the magazine the day before US President Joe Biden and his deputy Harris took office.
On the cover of the special edition, Harris will appear in a pale blue pants suit.
This picture had already been selected for the digital cover of the February issue and met with great approval on the internet - unlike the recently published cover photo of the print edition.

The controversial picture shows Harris smiling in a T-shirt and blazer, in tight jeans and chucks.
The future Vice President - the first woman and first African American in this office - is shown against a green and pink background.
The photo quickly caused a stir: Internet users described the photo as disrespect for the future number two in the USA.
Criticism was also raised of the erratic-looking lighting, which makes Harris appear pale.
»Vogue« boss Anna Wintour had defended the controversial photo.
The casual-looking shot was "happy and optimistic," she said.
The photo is "charming and so relaxed" - and Harris looks "fantastic".
