New in Jerusalem: Running trips with guides who are fitness instructors
A new venture offers to experience Jerusalem on foot together with guides, who are also certified running coaches, in February-March.
For registrants, there are two routes to choose from, varying in length, level of difficulty and route

Jerusalem, here I run !: The
trend of fitness and hiking is gaining momentum in these challenging days, and in the coming months there will be a project of the Tower of David Museum in Jerusalem and RUN JLM, where you can run through thousands of years of history and experience Jerusalem on foot, together with guides Certified running trainers.
The tours, which are intended for running and fitness enthusiasts who want to get to know the city while moving fast and rhythmically, will be held on selected dates in February and March.
During the tour, the groups will go through the thousands of years of the city's history, get to know its religions, its multiculturalism, the complexity and inspiration that the city of Jerusalem has to offer.

Instructors: Guides who are fitness instructors
The stops along the tour are instructional stations that will include a brief and focused explanation.
The tour guides of RUN JLM, a new Jerusalem-based venture that combines the world of running with hiking, are certified guides, who are trained as professional running and fitness trainers.
The instructors who will participate in the upcoming project are: Yael Goodman-Korda, Eli Ilan and Yonatan Lipnik.
On each of the dates there are two routes to choose from, varying in length, difficulty level and terrain route.
The tour guides state that they will be flexible and attentive to the group pace, to ensure a successful experience for all participants.

What do you see on the tour?
The classic route:
• Length: 5 kilometers
• Description of the route: First Station Complex, Guy Ben Hinnom, Mount Zion, Ruin / Cardo Square, Roof Observation, Facade of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, New Gate, Safra Square, Jaffa Gate / Tower of David, Right Windmill Moshe, back to the station compound.
• Duration of the tour: an hour and a half.
Extended route:
• Length: 8 kilometers
• Route description: First Station Complex, Guy Ben Hinnom, Mount Zion, Ruin / Cardo Square, Roof Observatory, Facade Church Tomb, New Gate, Safra Square, Jaffa Gate / Tower of David, Right Windmill Moses, Bible Hill, promenade sherover, back to the station compound.
• the tour lasts an hour and a half or two.
• sporting groups was especially grand tour (as a group) and want to extend the course to 10 miles, are invited to indicate this when booking.
the tours Departed on Fridays at 09:00 on: 12/02, 19/02 and 05/03. The cost per participant in the tour is: 90 shekels.
