The national government announced this Friday that it will extend the rent freeze and the suspension of evictions until March 31.
"The current measure that expires on January 31 falls on properties destined for single dwellings that are occupied. It also establishes the extension of rental contracts whose expiration date has operated since March 20, 2020," they indicated from the pink House.
