And it is a black Friday for the European stock exchanges which continue the session in decline.

In view of the next quarterly reports, investors are watching with fear the trend of coronavirus infections and the risks of new lockdowns.

The markets are weighed down by energy, with the drop in the price of oil, and by banks. Milan (-2.2%) is the worst price list on the Old Continent. The Stoxx 600 index fell 1.1%. In the red Madrid (-1.5%), Paris (-1.2%), Frankfurt (-1%) and London (-0.6%). On the currency front, the euro rose slightly against the dollar to 1.2173 in London.
