In Munich, several hundred supporters of the "lateral thinking" movement demonstrated against the current Corona measures.
The demonstrators apparently violated a court stipulation that there should be no more than 200 people.
According to a spokesman, the police counted around 300 participants and around 500 officers were on duty.
The organizer was initially unavailable, but, according to the dpa news agency, had registered around 1,000 participants with the authorities.
The Munich district administration department ultimately approved 200 participants and justified this with the currently applicable state corona rules.
In response to a complaint from the organizers before the Bavarian Administrative Court, the judges decided that a maximum of 200 people may attend the meeting.
As reported by Bayerischer Rundfunk, an exception to the curfew that actually applies from 9 p.m. had been approved for the rally.
The protest was therefore allowed until 10.15 p.m.
Most recently, after a cancellation by the city in Nuremberg, corona deniers tried to disguise a rally against the corona measures as a church service.
The church had distanced itself from it.
