"Today is a beautiful non-ideological day because sometimes in Parliament we find ourselves having ideological clashes even on bridges, tunnels and level crossings. There are no sovereignist or pro-European bridges, right or left. The bridge is a bridge, a railway is a railway".
Matteo Salvini said this at the inauguration of the Turin-Airport-Ciriè-Germagnano railway line with the direct connection in 31 minutes between the city and the airport.
"I think that environmental protection must go hand in hand with the human right to live and work" he added.
