An extension of at least two months to benefit from the 110% deduction on expenses for condominiums that have carried out at least 70% of the works as of 31 December.
This is foreseen by three identical amendments to the superbonus decree presented by Pd, FdI and Misto.
The rule concerns condominiums that started work in 2022 and were able to benefit from the full relief in 2023: for those who "as of 31 December 2023 have carried out "work for at least 70% of the overall intervention", 110% is extended "to expenses incurred up to the sixtieth day following the entry into force of the conversion law" of the decree.
Three other identical bipartisan amendments, again presented by Pd, FdI and Misto, then ask to raise the income ceiling from 15 thousand to 25 thousand in order to benefit from the contribution for "low incomes" provided for by the decree for expenses incurred between January and October 2024 (the other condition is that as of 31 December 2023 the progress of the works is at least 60%).
A thousand extensions: 1,300 amendments, almost 600 by majority
According to what is reported by majority parliamentary sources, there are approximately 1300 amendments filed to the Milleproroghe decree being discussed in the joint Budget and Constitutional Affairs commissions in Montecitorio, and almost 600 would be by the majority.
Among the proposed changes there are: around 230 from FdI, 190 from the League and 170 from Forza Italia.
Around 220 from the Democratic Party, 170 from M5S and 70 from AVS.
