A residential building in Damascus was hit today in an attack launched by Israel, the official Syrian news agency SANA said.
“An attack carried out by Israel targeted a residential building in the Mazzé neighborhood of Damascus,” the agency wrote.
There would be members of the Iranian Pasdaran among those killed in the raid which the Syrian media attribute to Israel.
This was reported by Haaretz, citing local media.
Five people were killed.

The Wafa news agency reported that "dozens of Palestinians, including women and children, were killed and others wounded in a salvo of Israeli artillery attacks on Gaza."
According to the same source, "a series of houses, residential buildings and apartments, and public and private properties were hit and seriously damaged."
The areas are those near Khan Yunis, in the south of the Strip.
