1980s star Molly Ringwald made a rare public appearance on the red carpet yesterday (Tuesday) at the premiere of her new TV series at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Beside her were her husband and eldest daughter.
If you were a teenager a few decades ago, you probably remember her from the cult movies "The Breakfast Club" and "Pretty in Pink".

This time it is the second season of the television series of the one who is considered the king of television Ryan Murphy "Enemies" which unfolds the story of Truman Capote and his friends from high society whom he called "the swans".
In the series, the actress plays Joan Carson, the ex-wife of TV presenter Johnny Carson.
For three decades, Truman was a close friend of the women, but later he decided to reveal all their deepest secrets, which created a deep rift.

Beside her, some of the strong names of the series such as Demi Moore and Naomi Watts starred on the red carpet.
Reingwald was one of the hottest names in teen Hollywood in the 1980s, but her career began to wane in the 1990s, appearing mostly in TV movies and video-only horror films.
