The Caltanissetta court presided over by judge Francesco D'Arrigo, during this morning's hearing on the Montante system, issued a statute of limitations sentence for the president of the Region Renato Schifani, defended by the lawyers Roberto Tricoli and Sonia Costa, in relation to the crimes of external complicity in criminal association and revelation of official secrets.
Schifani accepted the prescription.
Crimes also prescribed for professor Angelo Cuva and for Aisi department head Andrea Cavacece.
