The neo-Nazi and multiple murderer Anders Behring Breivik, who on 22 July 2011 killed 77 people and injured hundreds in a double attack in Oslo and on the island of Utoya, has lost his case against the Norwegian state for inhuman treatment.
Breivik believes that the prison solitary confinement regime in which he is serving his 21-year sentence violates his human rights and drives him to suicide.
