Members of the extremist Al-Ayat cell recruiting local residents were arrested in Rostov-on-Don.

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Interior Ministry's anti-extremism center in the Rostov region have arrested five members of the extremist organization Alla-Ayat for trying to recruit local residents, police agencies told TASS.
“The criminal activity of the extremist cell was coordinated from abroad. The financial flows were directed there. The leader of the cell and five active members who were responsible for its recruitment were identified and arrested,” the source said.
