The City of Córdoba has still not come out of its stupor after a building in the Nueva Córdoba neighborhood caught fire during the early hours of this Thursday, leaving one 18-year-old dead and another in serious condition. The videos that were released made the skin crawl and in the last few hours new images appeared showing
how a boy managed to escape the flames
by hanging from the windows in order to escape and save his life.
The protagonist of the escape is
Pablo Acasa,
one of the three young students from Jujuy who was in the apartment and who managed to descend to a balcony on the 11th floor. He ended up being rescued by firefighters who entered through the adjacent complex.
The recording from a cell phone reflects the desperation and how the young man manages to get down from one balcony to another, while a neighbor encourages him and gives him strength.

,” she yells at him while she screams for help when she sees such a scene. Higher up,
the flames seem to devour everything in its path.
Hours later, an American influencer identified as Curtis Leo Bolduc shared a longer sequence of the same terrifying moment on his Instagram account. There you can see how the boy managed to enter another of the homes.

The young man went out the window and was left hanging in the void. But he managed to go down one floor, broke a window and was safe. One of his friends, however, died.
“It was a very dramatic night. What appears to have been a gas explosion caused the flames to grow so quickly that they trapped three men in a building. We woke up, looked out our balcony and found this young man trapped, outside the window. Very relieved to see him come in.
The other two tenants fell 30 meters, one dying and the other in critical condition

This is how the North American influencer referred to the three students from Jujuy who were sleeping when the fire started. The door was blocked by the flames and they decided to escape through the windows that overlook an internal patio of the adjacent María Reina II building.
It is unknown whether they wanted to jump onto a balcony or descend the ledge. The truth is that
an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old could not hold on and fell into the void.
The youngest died instantly, while the other is hospitalized in serious condition.
The fatal victim was identified as Tiziano Tejerina (18), while Sebastián Diquin (19) was urgently hospitalized and is in very serious condition. Pablo Acasa is the other student who lived in the apartment and who managed to escape to the 11th floor apartment.
While a group of experts work at the scene to determine the causes of the fire, neighbors of the building pointed out that the 12th floor where the young people lived had
problems with gas
and that even days before, losses had been recorded.
"I heard them shouting help, help, and since I didn't understand I even thought it was someone who was in a mess, as it can normally be, and when I go out I see fire from the internal lung and I see someone between the two buildings and after that I heard a strong blow," a neighbor told
