Hard blow for the “Dancing with the Internet Stars” show: candidate Gaelle Garcia Diaz announced on Wednesday March 27 that she was leaving the competition following an injury. The Belgian YouTuber and influencer, who has more than 2 million subscribers, explains that she can no longer participate in the final in her latest Youtube video.
The final of the program presented by Michou will therefore be held without her this Friday, in the second part of the evening only on TF1 and not on Twitch as was the case previously.

Gaelle Garcia Diaz explained on her networks that she was suffering from a fractured rib: “I’m in too much pain. (…) I surpassed myself, I had exceptional moments. » The candidate had impressed the jury on the two previous bonuses with her dancer Jordan Mouillerac, in particular on their last Argentine tango.
Michou, who plays the role of presenter for this new hybrid format, wanted to thank the young woman on her X account.

A popular show on Twitch
This new edition, which takes place in parallel with the traditional Dancing with the Stars bonuses and is broadcast on Twitch, gives pride of place to content creators, including streamer Baghera or influencers LeBouseuh and Nicotine. Michou, who himself went through the program last year, met his current partner and dancer on the show, Elsa Bois.

The final will therefore be played between the streamer Domingo and the videographer Natoo this Friday on TF1, with a broadcast scheduled after 11 p.m. This schedule is not unanimous among the public, who denounce a hegemony of television to the detriment of live on Twitch.
